The docs are still unsure about extubating Milo. They have taken away most of the sedation in preparation for the procedure. The upshot is that Milo is awake and coherent and miserable. So, we either need the have Milo extubated or re-sedated. Our preference would be extubated.
We know that all of you have been praying for Milo and keeping him in your thoughts, but can you please give the little guy a little extra prayer today?

Words fail me to express to you both surprise and sadness in learning that your dear little Milo is still enduring medical procedures. I have read your updates and I am amazed at the suffering that such a little boy has had to endure.
