CHEAPER BY THE HALF DOZEN

Primary Easter Party

on April 30, 2013

This year for Easter, the primary decided to do an old fashioned egg hunt. The kids were so excited!! We met at the Eyre’s home and had a lunch of pizza and veggies. The kids played some games and colored a bag for putting their eggs into and just ran and played with each other. Eventually they all got to go to the front yard and search for plastic eggs filled with goodies. Each child got to hunt for 12 eggs. 8 of which had a number in it that you could take to Sister Eyre for a special prize. Niah and Alix both got a number. Lucky girls!

It was a warm and fun afternoon filled with lots of gleeful laughter from the children and fun chatting amongst the moms. I love a good chat session while the kids are occupied and having fun.

All the primary kids and leaders. It was a very sunny day and it was hard to look at the cameras!

Yummy pizza lunch!

Listening to an object lesson on the reason for the season.
