CHEAPER BY THE HALF DOZEN

Busy Days Ahead

on October 30, 2008

[Still enjoying the prop 8 campaign]

Monday, October 20 was such an easy day. I did school with the kids in the morning. I watched Roberta’s daughter Emilie in the afternoon. We did chores and played in the evening. We had FHE and went to bed.

Tuesday was the rally.

Wednesday October 22 we did piano, then P.E. We left from p.e. and came home for a quick lunch and then headed to Brentwood. We had planned to play and eat dinner with the Richie’s. It was fun. The kids played and seemed to have a good time. We had a yummy dinner and dessert and then we headed home. We got home by 8. It was a good day.

Thursday October 23 was a busy day. The start of many busy days in a row. We started out with school. Logan and Toby came over for playing. I spent the morning getting some games together for a baby shower that I was to attend that evening. I had it all together and ready to drop off when I left for dance/art class. At 3:30 we left and I dropped the kids off at Camille’s. The games off at Carrie’s and took Alix to her art class, left Jaime at her dance class and I went and ran some errands. By the time I was done it was perfect timing to pick up Jaime and Alix. Alix really enjoyed her art class and it will be a success!! We went and picked up Niah and Milo, made a quick dinner and then headed over to the neighbors to enjoy cake and ice cream with them to celebrate Sophie’s birthday. I left there about 7:30 with Jaime and Keri and went to the baby shower. They were well into the games by the time I got there. We enjoyed a fun baby shower. I took someone home and then dropped off Jaime and Keri at home to go to sleep (it was 9:45). I then went back out to Wal Mart and got home at 11:45pm. By the time I wrapped things up and got to bed it was 1. Keri was up and going by 5. I just stayed up. I had too much to do!!
