My brother was here for business in the early part of September. It was so fun to see him and chat with him. Steve had to spend the days working and nights entertaining us, but he did a GREAT job and I was so glad he came.
He spoiled us most every night. The first night he was here we just stayed up late with the kids and chatted and laughed and enjoyed the company of Uncle Steve.
The second night he treated Scott and I to our favorite childhood Chinese restaurant, Mings. Yummmeeee!! Then we went back to his hotel for some adult conversation and cookies.
The third night we made a mad dash up to San Francisco so he could take home some yummy sour dough bread. Jaime got to go with us because she was with Scott and it made the most sense for them to go straight to my brother’s hotel, not come home first. After sliding into the sour dough store with seconds to spare, Steve treated us to a dinner at one of the restaurants on the pier. SO NICE!! Yummy food, amazing atmosphere and wonderful company. Such a fun, spontaneous night. Too bad I didn’t get ONE picture! :o(
Thanks Steve! You shouldn’t spoil us so. We might start expecting it!!
