Keri is in this VERY cute phase. She just says some of the cutest things. But it’s not just what she says it’s how she says it.
For instance, one of her favorite things to do is come up to you and hug you really tight and look up at you with cute puppy brown eyes and say “OHHHHH (insert name) I WUV YOU!” SO,SO, SO, cute!
Tonight at dinner she gets this really cute but serious look on her face and says ‘Mommy, your mommy died. But that’s ok because you are a mommy.’ ‘Yes Keri, it is ok because I am now a mommy.’ ‘Is your mommy died forever?’ ‘She is dead right now but will….’ (she interrupts me) ‘It’s ok mommy because Heavenly Father wuvs you and Jesus wuvs you…..and Santa Claus wuvs you!’ Then she smiles really big and gives my arm a hug.
Everyone was just laughing and trying to figure out how Santa came into the picture. But whatever, it was funny, cute and very insightful!
