Every season we try and go to a day game when all the kids can attend. This just happened to be a few days after the Friday night game we went to for Alix’s birthday.
So on Wednesday August 17 we attended a 12:30pm game. It was one of those days that if you sat in the sun you were too hot and got a sunburn. But if you sat in the shade you were freezing. We started the game half and half (heads in the shade, legs in the sun). It was perfect. But eventually we were in all shade and then everyone was freezing.
But all in all a VERY good game. Keri was very well behaved. Afton not so much. Guess baseball isn’t for everyone. But the snacks and goodies sure were good!! :o)
Afton and Niah were so excited to go to a game they wanted to be as helpful as possible. We finally had to relieve them of the bag. Just too heavy!

Jaime’s newest “funny”. Don’t smile for pictures. It just cracks her up how unhappy she looks. I told her in the years to come children and grandchildren are going to wonder why she had such a miserable life.

Unfortunately Milo couldn’t come. The Monday before he went on a boating trip with his friend Toby and came back not feeling too hot. I thought he was just dehydrated but it turned into a full blown cold for 2 weeks straight. Ugh!! We were sad he was not able to participate with us. Next time though!
