Did I mention how much Milo LOVES scouts?? He has the coolest den leader ever. He is an older man who just treats these boys like grandson’s. Brother Wheeler has the patience of Job and a heart of gold. With 5 rambunctious 8 year olds he has had them:
-build bird feeders
-build bird houses
-build wooden walking things….
-build kites from scratch
-build and fly airplanes (from a kit this time)
-build a boat that works
-assemble a thing that works like a parachute
-build a banana holder and recipe holder for mother’s day
The list goes on. He has those boys using tools and wood almost every week! I’m always amazed at what Milo comes home with. Brother Wheeler is every little boys dream!

Milo got his Bobcat award the last Wednesday of April. It was pretty exciting for all of us!
Milo also participated in a Raingutter Regata. He won FIRST PLACE!! What an amazing boy!!
Just this week they had a police man come and teach them about bike safety. Milo enjoyed every minute of it!
