Our friends the Bremer’s came to visit us August 18-20. It was a short visit but a wonderful one and one filled with lots of fun activities.
They got here the night of the 17 and put the kids right to bed. Our kids were already in bed and so the adults stayed up and talked for a few hours. That was super fun!
Wednesday the 18 we spent the morning getting ready for the beach and then we spent the rest of the day/night at the beach. I don’t have to give details, I’ll just give pictures:

Thursday was spent doing more relaxing. The Bremers went off and saw some old places that they used to know when they lived here. When they got back Denita’s sister came over and we visited for a while and then we headed to the park. We met up with even more friends there and then we had pizza for dinner and early bedtimes for the kids. Then the adults went out for ice cream and had another really fun, really late night!
Friday morning was a sad goodbye but we know we’ll see them again. Probably not in California for a while, but perhaps we’ll make it up to Colorado again. That would be super fun! Thanks guys for coming. We had a really good time!
