This big log was in our campsite. The boys couldn’t decide what to do with it. First they rolled it into the fire pit but decided that would take too long to burn. So they did what any man would do, they chopped it up with an axe. Actually we all did!!
Happy Girl
Even Keri enjoyed herself. This is her in the make shift sling. We just used a blanket and tied it. It was so easy to go hiking this way.
Best Friends
Even though they are sisters, I can already tell they will be best friends. They have their ups and downs, we all do, but they sure do get along great and love each other so much. I’m grateful for my sister and I know all my girls will be grateful for theirs.
Gett’n Clean
Every night we’d put the kids into this big outside sink. They loved to play while I scrubbed them clean. We figured that at least the sleeping quarters should stay as clean as possible. Afton especially loved this time because she is my water feign and she got her own cup!
Putt’n on the charm
Niah is such a great kid. She is full of so much charm and love. We are so blessed to have her a part of our family. She LOVES camping. She can get dirty and play in the mud or the water or whatever and no one really cares. It’s such a carefree time for the kids at camp!
No Bugs
If you notice in the background, Scott and Keri are sitting in our camping screen house. I think this is the best invention for camping since the tent! We could eat virtually bug free and therefore enjoy our food and company a little longer!
Smile
Afton was having so much fun she didn’t want to look at the camera and smile. Jaime helped her out and what a cute picture this is!
Money
She got lots of these, so they must be a good thing, she’s just not sure what she should do with them! We’ll have to take her to the store and show her!
