After a lot of hard work and a good night’s sleep, Milo proved to the doctors that he could come home safely and they agreed. Milo “walked the line” and impressed them all. Scott called me about 11am and said I could come pick them up.
I was so excited and left church right away. I did ask Gayle to take charge of my girls and she graciously agreed. So kind! Within 40 minutes I was walking with my boy and husband out the hospital doors. Yay!
We got home and I dropped the boys off and went back and picked up the girls. It was nice to come home and be together as a family. We had lunch together and then the little girls went down for a nap and the rest of us have enjoyed quiet time.
We are so grateful for the wonderful nurses and doctors at the hospital. We are so grateful for all of you and your heartfelt prayers and words. We felt your love all the time. We are especially grateful for our Father in Heaven who always upheld us with His almighty hand. We felt it constantly and we know that Milo was sustained by it.
[Finally home. He looks a little miserable in this picture because we had started a movie he didn’t want to watch. Guess he had a bit too much catering in the hospital…..]
Yay! Milo, we were praying and rooting for you to be able to come home!! Be nice to your sisters, Milo! 😉
Nina says “I miss all of you!”
